Kiley, originally from Weiser, Idaho, is a 2007 graduate of Eastern Oregon University and a 2011 graduate of the University of Idaho College of Law. Prior to joining Silven, Schmeits & Vaughan, Kiley clerked for the Honorable John R. Stegner of the Second Judicial District of Idaho.
Kiley is working independently and with long-time Baker City Attorney Floyd C. "Charlie" Vaughan. She is licensed to practice in Oregon and Idaho and is currently accepting misdemeanor criminal cases and civil matters, including: domestic relations proceedings, estate planning, probate, property disputes, personal injury and wrongful death, and landlord-tenant disputes.
