Floyd C. "Charlie" Vaughan has over thirty years of experience in the general practice of law. His areas of emphasis include all matters of real estate, including land transactions, land use, planning and easements; trust and estate planning; probate, small estates and trust settlement; elder law; business planning - including corporate and LLC formation; collections; property disputes; and the general practice of law.
Charlie is a Baker County native. He grew up in the Durkee Valley where his family continues to ranch. Charlie is a graduate of the University of Oregon where he earned an undergraduate degree in finance, and a graduate of Lewis and Clark School of Law.
